The platform e-Kyklades — Business Workspace and the data it utilizes are the property of the Cyclades Chamber of Commerce and are available to users exclusively for personal and official use, within the framework of the platform's operation. must-visit

Commercial exploitation, reproduction, or systematic data extraction of the system is prohibited without prior written permission from the Cyclades Chamber of Commerce. must-visit

Specifically, the following are not permitted without written permission: must-visit

  • The republication or distribution of the platform's content must-visit
  • The creation of databases through systematic or automated access must-visit
  • The use of individual data outside the scope of the service, unless it is explicitly stated that its use is permitted with a reference to the source "Cyclades Chamber of Commerce" must-visit

The platform bears no responsibility for the content of external websites that links within the service may lead to must-visit

Cookies & Data Storage

The e-Kyklades platform uses exclusively strictly necessary cookies for the operation of the service and the secure identification of users through the authentication system (Keycloak).

No tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party cookies are used.

All cookies used are first-party and relate exclusively to the management of user login, session, and security.

Data collection and storage

Upon registration and use of the platform, certain personal data (such as identification and contact details) are stored exclusively for the provision of the platform's services and the management of the user account.

Furthermore, for reasons of security and functionality, the platform utilizes authentication and session management mechanisms based on the Keycloak system.

Authentication cookies (strictly necessary)

The platform uses cookies such as:

  • AUTH_SESSION_ID
  • KEYCLOAK_SESSION
  • KEYCLOAK_IDENTITY
  • KC_RESTART (temporary login process cookie)

These cookies are strictly necessary for:

  • user login
  • maintaining an active session
  • secure access to services

and are deleted upon session expiry or user logout.

Local Storage

The application may store data in the browser's local storage (localStorage), such as authentication tokens, exclusively for login functionality.

This data:

  • are not automatically sent to third parties
  • are used only for functional purposes
  • are deleted upon logout

Third-party cookies

No third-party cookies are used (such as Google Analytics, Meta, or advertising networks), and no form of advertising or behavioral tracking is performed.

Cookie management

Given that only strictly necessary cookies are used:

  • Disabling cookies in your browser may make it impossible to log in to the platform.
  • Logging out automatically deletes session data.
  • Deleting cookies from the browser will terminate the current user session.

Legal basis

The use of cookies and the processing of relevant data is based on:

  • Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC), as these are strictly necessary cookies
  • Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, as necessary processing for the performance of the service
