In MILAS Restaurant in Agios Dimitrios of Kythnos you will have the opportunity to taste genuine traditional sfougata. Both cheese and eggs used for sfougata is of our own production. There are many dishes cooked using our own products such as, for example courgettes from our garden located next to the restaurant. Very famous is also our traditional food called strapatsada made of tomatoes and cheese of our production (thermiotiko).
A greek salad with our local cheese, a fried of our pigs production, meatballs or burgers from our minced meat, lamb chops and goat, all acquire special flavor to MILAS Restaurant in Agios Dimitrios of Kythnos.
