Makes local food prepared with love and fresh ingredients from Folegandros and surrounding islands, from Dekavallas Irene and her son Stylianos Gerardis . Try matsata (handmade pasta), capers casserole, (snails), kalasounia with strained (pita bread with local cheese) and baked chickpeas. Also winy rooster, goat, rabbit stew, tomato and more.
