Built amphitheatrically with a view of the Aegean, they combine high-level hospitality with the uniqueness of the barren natural landscape.
Light, stone, and amenities that are subtle yet present, blend seamlessly with the simplicity of minimalist aesthetics. Architecture applied to the harsh Cycladic landscape, with artistic interventions by the artist Giorgos Polymeros. The view of the harbor and the surrounding islands is stunning, but most importantly, it's our warm embrace and our desire to make the wishes of our guests come true...
BREAKFAST & BRUNCH
At Speires, you can enjoy your breakfast or brunch in our garden, overlooking the harbor and the picturesque village of Iraklia.
For us, breakfast is a ritual. Preparing it is a joy, and our philosophy is based on quality: everything is homemade or carefully selected from local producers.
On our table you will find:
- homemade jams & local honey,
- delicious homemade cakes, Naxos graviera cheese & cold cuts,
- eggs cooked in different styles,
- warm homemade bread,
- a variety of fresh fruit,
- and of course, hot & cold beverages.
Our breakfast and brunch are served à la carte:
Choose exactly what suits you, at the time you prefer - without restrictions or buffet. From traditional Greek dishes to more international flavors, we prepare every choice with care, creativity, and simplicity.
After 12:00, you can also enjoy our Italian-style Pinsa: light, handmade, and prepared with fresh ingredients.
