Our traditional restaurant is based on quality and love for food .... we host our customers in a warm interior with earthy colors and traditional music for the cold months .. in the summer season we have upstairs with soft colors and garden and beautiful viewing small islands around.
Our kitchen operates with fresh products and traditional recipes .. we prefer a lot of vegetables in our cookery and various spices in our grilled meats. We make sure that our seafood is selected and fresh. We also have the goal of not forgetting the tastes of the island and their tradition in the lentils that are delicious and simple and the Santorini tomato balls that worship the world. The restaurant has locally grown wines. white, red and rosé wine that perfectly accompanies our food and the delicious mezes that we offer. We also have the tsipouro, a drink that accompanies the seafood and travels you with the aroma of the sea .. it is made of grapes and it is traditional we make the aniseed and without anise, depending on protimisi accompanied by a small snack open the appetite ..
