San Dimitrio Villa is located on the tranquil side of Logaras, almost right on the beach!
It’s the place to stay for those who want relaxing holidays on the beach, but still at a walkable distance of the lively village of Pisso Livadi.
The villa is set on its own grounds, 50m from the sandy beach of Logaras, planted with olive, pomegranate, lemon, fig and mulberry trees. Watermelons and melons are produced in the property to be consumed by its guests.
An outdoor sitting area equipped with a bar and a barbecue, is situated under the mulberry tree.
The villa is surrounded by terraces protected by pergolas for enjoyable outdoor living. It’s a 2 stories building, where the ground floor consists of an open plan living room – dining – kitchen, as well as 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. 1 bedroom has a double bed, the other has 2 single beds which can be connected.
The first floor boasts the master bedroom and bathroom. It has a double bed and features a large balcony with panoramic views to the sea and the neighboring island of Naxos, and to the surrounding villages.
The 2 floors connect with internal but also external stairs, which gives a full autonomy to each story.
The villa sleeps 6 persons and when needed 1 more person can be accommodated in the living room.
