The property:
Athos is a charming tourist accommodation located in the "Chora" (port) of Tinos, consisting of 12 rental apartments (studios) and a house (a two-story apartment). It is conveniently situated directly across from the picturesque Church of Saint Haralambos and is just 350 meters from the Tinos port and approximately 800 meters from the Elli Monument, which is located in the heart of Tinos town. One of the key features of our accommodation is the stunning view it offers. On one side of the building, guests are greeted with the classic "Cycladic" view, featuring the church and the endless Aegean Sea, stretching all the way to Syros. On the other side, there’s a uniquely "Tinian" touch, with the handcrafted island landscape and its characteristic terraces.
The apartments are spacious and comfortable, making them perfect for families, groups of friends, and couples who wish to experience the beauty of the island while staying in the very heart of Tinos, where the island's vibrant atmosphere can truly be felt!
The hosts:
Zafeiris, born and raised in Tinos, left the island for studies and work, but his love for the island, its beauty, and its people brought him back. Nicole, originally from Athens, decided to leave behind city life and settle on the island she had fallen in love with. For the past four years, Tinos has been her home. Both share a common passion: to showcase the beauty and traditions of the island, offering guests an authentic and welcoming stay.
