In front of the beach of Aghios Fokas in Tinos Maria and Vasilis will guide you through their tasteful fairytale. Taramosalata, local cheese, fresh vegetables of the local market and Greece, meze for ouzo and tsipouro,fresh sardines and fish from the local fishermen can be accompanied with wine from the local and greek wineries.
For the meat lovers, veal from Tinos and a Greek pork rolls grilled with tomatoes, peppers and cheese.
As for desert mousse of Halva with tahini and an angel hair millefeuille with less sugar.
