THE COMPANY
Keadivers is located on the island of Kea ( aka Tzia), one of the most beautiful islands of the Cyclades group, in the Aegean archipelago in Greece. Kea is a location which exudes a sense of refinement and with a distinctive air of sophistication, for people who love the arts and culture and who wish to avoid the trappings of massive tourism. A perfect island for year-round holidays.
We provide scuba diving sessions for everyone, starting from children 8 years old to adults who have reached 75 years of age yet feel youthful and healthy.
Regardless whether you are experienced or not, we can customize the ideal program for you, following the internationally acknowledged high standards set by PADI.
If however you do not feel ready to scuba dive, we can take you for a snorkeling trip with our speedboat to any of the 20 or so most remote beaches of Kea, accessible only by boat. For example, we can visit the famous archeological site of Karthea, on the southeastern coast of the island, where you can walk around the temples and go snorkelling above the exquisite ancient peer, sunken below the surface of the water, very close to the shoreline.
We have been diving and sailing in Kea for many years, and we are familiar with every hidden corner, every cave and reef, as well as all the secret tiny beaches around the island.
We just need a few supplies, some drinks, some snacks and we can have the perfect day, to remember all our lives!!

We are following stricktly PADI and DAN policies and procedures, always keeping safety standards as a non negotiable priority. We are officially licenced by the greek port authority and coastgard as a diving operator, also meeting their additional standards. We are a PADI member and our diving centre is insured by DAN Europe. The owner , Yannis Tzavelakos is a PADI Instructor. Our equipment is regularilly inspected and certified by Bureau Veritas. We have been trained and certified for first aid and EFR .
Usually we use our 7,4m Motonautica rib boat for our dives and trips, but we can arrange transportation with other boats as well upon request.
DIVE SITES
Treis ammoudies. This is a beach dive, a lovely tiny beach accessible by car, a few minutes’ drive from Vourkari, usually not crowded, and a perfect spot to start diving. Very suitable for novice divers. No waves, no currents, perfect visibility, easy entering & exiting, good shelter, with a depth up to 18 meters
Spanopoula Rock: Boat dive at the north side of the island. The rock rises 60 meters off the coast. Anchorage is at the reef between the rock and the coast. The dive takes place round the rock island. Max depth is 20 meters and it is an open sea area. You may even encounter large pelagics (Tunas, swordfish, etc.)
Koundouros reef: Boat dive for experienced, advanced divers. The reef lies 400 meters offshore Koundouros bay, on the south side of the island, at a minimum depth of 1.5 meters below the surface. Round the reef dive, with a possibility of current. Breathtaking dive. There are rumours that there is an old wreck somewhere there!!!! Maybe we can find out if it’s true!
Platys gialos . Magnificent visibility, wonderful rock formations, nice fauna. One of the best dive spots at the south of the island. Depths 20-25m. Easy, wonderful dive. Highly recommended !
Xyla cape. For advanced divers, a magnificent, hidden wall dive, from 15-30 m. Worth visiting.
