On the south side of the island, in Dryos, if you follow the bright sign “The Green Project”, you will come across to a spacious Cycladic cobblestoned yard, surrounded by Greek summer flora. This cozy and friendly place, with the bright white built mantels, makes a difference so much in decoration, as in quality as well. All the fruits, the vegetables and the herbs that you will find in your dishes are grown at the small croft beside, by Yannis, the owner of the place. A wide variety of local and non-local wines, homemade marmalades and liqueurs are only some of the ingredients that give a meaning to the Greek word <<meraki>>. Opening at 9am, you can have your breakfast, select among several dishes for lunch or dinner and enjoy a refreshing cocktail late at night. For every occasion and every hour in the day, “The Green Project” is undoubtly a keeper.
