Syros, an exquisite island which is set in the heart of the Cyclades. In 1992, Giannis Vlamis established a small business, producing high quality fruit and vegetables. In 2016, Vlamis extended his business, creating a modern industry which has turned out the highest quality produce. He has now emerged as a leader in the marketing sector on our island of Syros.
High quality techniques have now been put in place, using only truly traditional recipes, with the aim of preserving the original flavors and fragrances, while continually striving to achieve the highest of quality by using only the freshest, homegrown produce.
