THE COMPANY
Velaniès is a group of detached, completely independent houses, apartments and studios in the southeastern part of Paros. Located above Golden Beach (Chrissi Akti), very close to the village Drios, in a plot of 7000m2, have the privilege of a panoramic view over the sea.
Velanies houses are built amphitheatrically just above Golden Beach. They consist of detached, completely independent houses, semi-detached houses and studios located in a plot of olive trees. All houses and studios dispose roofed verandas with pergolas, which protect from the winds and the sun.
