THE COMPANY

The cooperative of E.A.S Naxou founded in 1926 by a small group of producers of the island in support of rural activities and cheese making with small quantities of milk. Since then, it evolved rapidly increasing both, production and products and constantly improving quality. Today EAS Naxou consists of 27 primary agricultural cooperatives and about 3,500 active members. The experience and the passion of its people have made company's products infamous throughout Greece. Today there is a sophisticated cheese plant, which is the largest in the Cyclades and is exclusively producing traditional products. Among them, the widely known Graviera Naxos, patented product designation of origin.

EAS Naxos has been profitable for many years, and continuously developing, making investments for modernization of production facilities and applying procedures of EN ISO 9002 and HACCP.

The company still operates in the market of certified seed potatoes and potato meal. In the meantime, it is the only representative of DELTA SA for marketing and distribution of dairy products, juices and ice cream in the region of Naxos.

Also, EAS Naxou is active in supplying all kinds of agricultural supplies - tools, (feed fyramaton, feed, fertilizer, pesticides - agricultural machinery and tools) to producers- members.
The dynamic development of our products in Greek and international markets, the continued improvement of quality and service and the expansion of the range of our products, are our main targets.

This cooperation is a cornerstone of the company since its foundation, emphasizing the value of teamwork and mutual benefit, while ensuring the quality and hygiene of the raw material.
Naxos Graviera
CATEGORIA:  DAIRY PRODUCTS, EGGS, HONEY
DETTAGLI:  The graviera Naxos is one of the twenty Greek cheeses that have been certified as Product Protected Designation of Origin (PDO). Furthermore, it is the only of its kind made from fresh pasteurized milk. It belongs to the category of hard cheese, produced with traditional techniques in natural conditions and has a special slightly sweet taste which makes it particularly popular to everybody with knowledge of good cheese. Undoubtedly, this is a great table cheese that can be used in sandwiches and toast as well as additional cooking.
Kefalotyri

DETTAGLI:  Kefalotyri is made from sheep's milk, and is one of the most traditional Greek cheeses.
Milk Cream

DETTAGLI:  The cream is made from fresh cow's milk with guaranteed quality and lasting freshness.
Butter
