So, it is not enough for us to know our famous traditional family cooking, but we have to record in order to make it known and beneficial to the taste and healthy nutrition, especially now that the issue of the Mediterranean diet is quiet timely.
For this reason and to the loving memory of our great grandmother Chrisi N. Chroni, a great cook of Milos, we published this book of Milos' Traditional Cooking so as not to lose our local traditional cuisine, believing also what is said and believed about "a society without keeping its traditions, being as a man without thinking".
