Panagiotis attends each day to supply the restaurant with fishes and sea food only from the fishing boats of the island in order that the customers can taste the splendid KAKAVIES (Amorgian FISH-SOUP), the LABSTER-SPAGHETTI, the SEPIA, the OCTOPUSES, the SMALL FISHES, the ROASTS and the FRIED FISHES. We attend that the of the vegetables are supplied from the gardens that in combination with the OLIVE OIL, from the familie's olive trees, it makes our dishes insuperable. The AMORGiAN SALAD with the XYNOMYZITHRA(local cheese), the KAPERIS and the OLIVES OF OUR PRODUCTION as well as all the other salads that we serve are home made. The meats are all from local producers so that the TRADITIONAL PATATATO (lamb with potatoes in tomatoe sauce) is of the same taste as that in the local fiestas. Theodore with care grows plants and herbs that can be the spices to our food, as the basilica that we use for to make the spaghetti AL PESTO. Every Friday Pouki, that is from Thailand, is preparing some excellent dishes with taste of the Thai cuisine. Favourite cuisine for a lot of our customers.
