A journey that began in the middle of last century, a pause and then continuity. The kafezacharoplasteio «STELAKIS», was for forty years, the registered trademark of the coast of Paros. It was not visiting the island that does not love the «home» sweet tapsiou especially the «famous» galaktoboureko of Stelaki.
Today, 54 years later, the same tastes, the same recipes with the same passion, the same site, xanazontanepsan. This time, however, not by the Stelaki but by Stelios. The cafe was STELAKIS STELIOS KAFE (stelio's café) and all «mastery» and «Art», passed from grandfather to grandson.
Today, 54 years after the STELIOS KAFE, combining tradition and modern techniques, offers a good quality in the area formed by the sea. Our griddle sweet, galaktoboureko, traditional homemade ouzo - snack, the salted fish production, and several flavors effrantikes still waiting ...
