Our main goal is to maintain the Naxian & Cycladic cuisine, using strictly pure and high quality materials of Naxos. From our seafood dishes we strongly suggest to try famous lobster spaghetti, fresh grilled fish, ghuna (mackerel dried in the sun), > stuffed squid, marinated anchovies and cooked by our rustic braised we urge you to try chicken, rosto (apeiranthos food), goat in lemon sauce, eggplant in the pot, as well as our fresh salads made with the most fresh vegetables, you can combine with a selected wine list from Naxos, Paros, Santorinι and other beverages or one special cocktail.
For desserts, nuts cake with ice-cream and sweet orange is a masterpiece of taste.
