THE COMPANY
Minimal Houses are located in a newly built residential complex in Kandounia Mykonos area. They have a panoramic view οf the Island and in the distance one can view the sea and some of the surrounding islands. The area is still preserved and visitors can enjoy the beauty of nature of a Cycladic island.
The distance from Airport, Ports and Mykonos town is approximately 3-4.5 km. The distance to the nearest beaches is Panormos 3km and St. Sostis 4 km. St. Sostis is one of the most beautiful beaches in Greece and voted in the top ten of Greece.
All of the bedrooms are equipped with Air conditioning. Kitchen and Living area is open planned furnished with a traditional table. Contains a two-door refrigerator, stove and all the necessary utensils to cook and enjoy a delicious meal.
The region does not have public transport as yet, guest will need to have some means of transport to access the Minimal Houses.

Two rooms appartment is about 65m2 for four or five adults. It’s got two airconditioning bedrooms, a big bathroom, a fully equippted kitchen and livingroom with a sofa for fifth visitor. There is a private veranda too for enjoying your coffee in a quite place with free panoramic view!

It’s got two airconditioning bedrooms with one double and two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen and living room with flat TV and a sofa for the fifth visitor. There is a private veranda to enjoy the panoramic view as you drink your coffee.
