We have created an exclusive private, traditional, white washed apartment complex, offering a friendly, harmonic and tranquil environment for your most pleasant stay.
Kostantakis Studios is composed of only 5 Bungalows, 3 Superior Studios, and one Junior Suite. Each guestroom has been uniquely designed with special taste and fantasy, combining harmoniously the Cycladic architecture with modern amenities. Around the complex is a colourful garden, big as no one other on the island, with beautiful flowers, trees, palms and bougainvilleas. This calm and peaceful environment makes you feel relaxed and lets you enjoy the nature and the view.

In Pollonia you will find amenities like crystal blue waters, clean sandy beaches, a peaceful surrounding, taverns, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, bakery, a safe children playground with a basketball court and beach volley court, a special area for surfers and daily trips to the picturesque island Kimolos and the island Polyaigos with its tropical waters.
