Get to know KAMARANTHO

KAMARANTHO is an active organic farm of 2,3 hectares in the village of KAMARI in PAROS. It started developing in 2014, based on the principles of permaculture, in order to highlight and present the floral wealth of the Parian land and, more broadly, of the Cycladic ecosystem, as well as their future potential in the new climate change conditions.

What you can see in the farm

Β. Crops of approximately 2.500 aromatic-medicinal herbs (oregano, savory, dittany, sage, rosemary, lemon balm, marjoram, spearmint, calendula, rockrose, lavender and samphire) as well as many caper bushes and prickly pears.

C. Native vegetation areas that include approximately 250 different species of local vegetation, including fine thyme and wild orchids.
