Johnny’s Taverna-Restaurant located in Sagri, a traditional village with hospitable residents in country of naxos island.
Also in Johnny’s Tavern-Restaurant, you can see an old wheel-well, manufactured in 1937. Johnny’s Taverna-Restaurant is unique in its type in the region of Sagri and in general in Naxos island. We use local pure fresh materials for the creation of dishes.
Our restaurant has received the signal of quality from the Greek National Tourism Organization (G.N.T.O) with number 350 and has been strengthened from European Union and Greek State.
Johnny’s Taverna-Restaurant operates all year round and presents particular movement at the tourist period (summertime) and the winter mainly the weekends.

Johnny’s Tavern-Restaurant is open from early the morning for coffee and breakfast. Our cuisine open at midday and is opened until late the evening. Johnny’s Tavern-Restaurant is open all day, because the owner’s house is above the restaurant.

HISTORY
The owner of Johnny’s Taverna-Restaurant is Mr. Tranoudis Nikolaos, an active and working person with a lot of experience in his object.
Johnny’s Taverna is a family run company which was founded from the father of current holder in 1970. His father name is Johnny – this is the reason for today's name of restaurant. At the beginning, the company was café, which organized local festivals and events (carnivals, local feasts).
Progressively it began to offer, then order, traditional foods and receipts (rooster, rabbit). Since 1992, the company functions as Tavern-Restaurant with success and the good fame of Jonny's Traditional Cuisine can guarantee that.
We have served a lot of famous persons (scientists, artists and politicians).
