THE COMPANY
RESERVATIONS:
All reservations are based on a vehicle category and not a certain car model. In case of no availability for a confirmed reservation, Halivelakis company reserves the right to offer a vehicle of bigger category with no extra change.
DRIVERS LINCENSE:
The driver is required to have and display a valid driver's lincense issued at least a year ago.Citizens of non-european countries are required to have a valid international driver's lincence.
DRIVER:
Driver's age shall be 23 years of age minimum.
MEANS OF PAYMENT:
The renter has to present a valid credit card for the rental.The rental must be prepaid.In case of the renter has no credit card has to pay also a quarantee deposit according to the type of the car and when the renter returns the car to our company,this money quarantee returns to him/her.
TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS-TRAFFIC FINES:
Violations and fines are bore by the renter.
CANCELLATIONS:
In case you aew willed to cancel a booking, the only method you follow is through our website. In case of cancellation of a booking at least 72 hours before the rental of the vehicle, all money will return back to you. In case of a cancellation of a booking more than 72 hours after the rental date, no funds paid will be reimbursed.
AFTER HOUS COLLECTIONS AND DELIVERIES:
Both of them are charged with 25 euros each.
COLLECTIONS-DELIVERIES OUT OF STATION:
All collections and deliveries are upon conversations with our company. City limits charge is 15 euros, outside city limits charge is 30 euro plus 0.6 per kiliometres and for the airport expenses the charge is 20 euros.
SPECIAL CHARACTERISTICS
