The white almond kernel, witch is powder, is mixed into a casserole with syrup. Once the mixture is ready it is shaped into little pear bites. During the formation we use rosewater and sugar.

Η σκούρα αμυγδαλόψιχα αφού σπάσει σε πούδρα δένεται με σιρόπι στην φωτιά στην κατσαρόλα. Μόλις γίνει ένα μείγμα το αφήνουμε να κρυώσει και το πλάθουμε σε σχήμα αχλάδι. Στο πλάσιμο χρησιμοποιούμε ζάχαρη κρυσταλλική και ανθόνερο.

Once the Dark Marzipans is boiled and peeled, it is let to dry and then pounded into powder. We use sugar, eggs and vanilla and shape it with rosewater, putting a white almond in the center.
