The residence is build on a corner plot of 2500m at Rohari place near Lakka Square, right in the heart of Myconos Town.
At an excellent location, Andromeda residence, at a distance of 100m from town, combining cosmopolitan atmosphere and tranquility.
The residence consists of 30 individual homes, arranged in six two-storey buildings, covering only 25% of the total land area, resulting to extensive and spacey common areas and gardens.
of course there is a large 8x12m swimming pool with extensive surrounding area for sunbathing, just for the exclusive use of the residents. All homes have been carefully planned and sizes range from approx. 30 - 100m.Tt
The highest quality of materials have been used to give our quests the best possible traditional atmosphere and decoration.
The residence is surrounded by a very old three-gate stone wall, providing excellent security and privacy, but at the same time giving easy access to each individual building.
A combination of tiled (local state stone) walking streets has being planned inside the residence, resulting to a quiet and easy traffic of people from gates to houses and shops. it must be pointed out that each home is rather a villa than an apartment, as most of them have their own private patios and individual entrances.
