THE COMPANY
The concept
Elies Resorts S.A. had the vision to create a luxurious hotel property in a developing tourist destination, the island of Sifnos, Greece. As a result, Elies Resorts is designed to provide a memorable vacation experience to the most discerning guests from all around the world. The magnificent Aegean Sea and the glorious Greek Sun, the beauty of the surrounding scenery and the highest operating and quality standards are blended together to please even the most demanding individual, creating a 5 star atmosphere beyond any expectation.
As a result, a truly inspiring product has been created, a place where the minimal Cycladic architecture is combined with exquisite Mediterranean & Greek cuisine and modern comforts.
ELIES: The hotel has been named after the Greek name for Olive Trees.
Location & property architecture 
The resort is situated next to the vernacular village community of Vathi, right on the long unspoiled golden beach of Vathi Bay. Vathi is located 10 kilometres away from the capital Apollonia and 15 kilometres from Kamares port.
Moreover, it is in close proximity to popular beaches of rare beauty, such as Chrisopigi and Platis Yialos, and not far from Kastro village, a community famous for its architecture and its magnificent view to the Aegean Sea.
Elies Resorts is situated on a 50.000 sq.m. seaside plot, surrounded by exquisite greenery and olive trees.
The whole complex is consisted of three distinctive building areas of various density of arrangement: The "houses" next to the swimming pool, the multi dwelling clusters and the "Pool Villas" scattered throughout the site surrounded by greenery of unique beauty, all offering a stunning view of Vathi Bay.
The structure of the new complex is reflected in the road which refers to the idea of the traditional street, which is the public space of the neighbourhoods, and winds its way through the site and houses, like a backbone, organizing the circulation while random elements and variations are obvious in the repetition of courtyards and terraced roofs. These compositional elements not only disobey a standardized arrangement but also are freely organized in space, where functionally is necessary. The result is a village containing elements from local vernacular architecture, pathways, open squares, small white volumes, establishing an architecture, which is common and durable not only symbolically but also physically.

FOOD & BEVERAGE FACILITIES
The Concept: Unique recipes from the Mediterranean region and healthy traditional Greek dishes. Recipes based on fresh products, meat and local fish. Dishes exclusively prepared by using pure Greek Olive Oil.
Restaurant 
Breakfast: Full homemade buffet (08.00 - 11.00) with a great variety of tasteful options, enriched with delicious specialties of the island, accompanied by chilly champagne.
Lunch & Dinner: Fresh salads, international dishes and tasteful local recipes (12.30 - 18.30 and 20.00 - 23.00). For those whishing to have lunch or a light snack by the pool, a special "Petite Carte" is available to satisfy their appetite.
Gourmet restaurant
Inspiring Mediterranean Gastronomy menu along with rare wines from all over the world. Luxurious, fine dinning service and elegant ambiance.
Pool bar / main bar & lounge
By the pool , a cocktail bar of the highest standards serving all time classic cocktails, long drinks and a variety of Greek spirits worth tasting. A uniquely designed area for those who wish to extend their night with Iranian & Russian caviar, distinct Champagnes, rare Cognacs and Armagniacs accompanied by a selection of Cuban Cigars.
Private dinning area
A secluded area to cherish the pleasure of a "private dinner". A private menu and table set up could be designed and arranged on request and a Butler can provide an unforgettable service in style.
HEALTH & LEISURE
Health & spa center
Massage rooms, Jacuzzi, manicure & pedicure, aromatotherapy and a Turkish bath at guests´ disposal every day, by appointment. The best body natural products are used for guests´ rejuvenation.
Swimming pool
The hotel's main Swimming Pool, 65 meters in length, marble crafted and nicely designed, is prevailing all the safety regulations.
Gymnasium center 
The hotel provides a fully equipped fitness & training center (CYBEX Equipment) free of any charge. The highly trained personnel of the center is able to organize supervised sessions on request.
Private organized beach
A part of the Vathi bay beach belongs to the exclusive use of the hotel, providing sun beds umbrellas and service to its guests.
Hair dresser service
Hairdresser service available upon request.
OTHER FACILITIES
Tennis court
The tennis court has been recently added to Elies Resorts facilities (2006). A newly built terrain made available to guests upon charge. It is open from 10:00 to 22:00.
Art shop
The art shop, located in the resorts' facilities, is open daily providing a small collection of exclusive jewellery, souvenirs, and gifts designed from local national and international artists.
Conference room
A fully equipped Conference Room is available and supported by high-tech Audiovisual Equipment. Its maximum capacity, in theatre setting is for 40 persons and is ideal for Executive Meetings, Management Development Sessions etc. Full catering can be provided.
Home theatre
Available for private viewings up to ten persons equipped with high-tech Audiovisual Equipment.
Play room
Elies playroom is equipped with soccer tables, two Playstation consoles and two simulation bucket seats.

The online reservation is performed in the booking system of the accommodation and not in the portal of Chamber of Cyclades. Chamber of Cyclades is not responsible for the pricelist, the booking process and relevant electronic payments taking place during the booking process.
