Our big love and passion for food, matched with many years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry gives you the opportunity to try real home-made food, and traditional recipes.
At Paros Blue Dolphin Restaurant we carefully select and choose the purest and freshest products that Paros Island has to offer. From local Meats to Fresh Fish to fresh fruits and vegetables, we prefer to work with local farmers that can give us the best products in order to deliver, not only tasty, but also healthy food.
We use also 100% organic pure extra virgin olive oil, in all our recipes. Every year we cultivate and extract by simple cold press methods our own olive oil, which comes from our own olive trees.
These olive trees belong to my family for over a century and are located on the south of Greece in Peloponnese. This is where the best olive oil in the world is produced.
Sitting in the terrace of Blue Dolphin Restaurant you can enjoy the best view of Nea Chryssi Akti and enjoy a delicious homemade meal or just enjoy a glass of organic wine or even a cocktail. No matter what your mood is you are definitely going to relax, unwind and forget about all the stress and all your problems.
