The restaurant Aeoli is located on the main seafront promenade, in Livadia, with panoramic views over the bay of Parikia, Paros. The business activity commenced in 1986 with founder and creator Andreas Kapsalis, a man of action and great experience in the restaurant business.
In "Aeolos” one can find a great variety of food, that can meet the needs and preferences of all clients, even the most demanding ones (children, hermits, skillful meat eaters, herons, vegetarians, spaghetti fans etc.).
The materials used in the kitchen are mainly from local productivity, such as vegetables, milk, cheeses and wines from the Association of Producers and local companies, in meat, and Aegean fish etc.
Faithful to the traditions and peculiarities of taste, we offer years now the Greek cuisine, offering traditional dishes such as beef pitcher, kleftiko lamb, rooster, Paros chickpea soup, grilled stuffed calamari, fish soup, etc.
