Nomikos family cultivates and produces in its fields in Santorini local traditional products like fava beans, pistachio, small tomatoes of Santorini, capers, olives and more. In 2006 the standard crafts for fava beans of Santorini, based on the traditional methods of cultivations and treatments was founded. Combining the proven traditional methods of cultivation and - friendly to the environment, plant and beans - harvesting with modern processing packing and storage methods, we can guarantee the consistently superior quality, exquisite taste and authenticity of our products.
