George Papaioannou is an award-winning chef, known both from “Papaioannou Restaurant” in Piraeus, the “Barbounaki” fish restaurants in Glyfada, Kolonaki & Nea Erythraia, and from “Armyra” in Costa Navarino, in Messinia.
He is considered a fish expert and is one of the most important names in Greek cuisine. George captures the senses all the more with a unique technical style and expertise, always managing to keep the textures, flavors, and fragrances alive.
