High atop Fira, in the Fabrica Center next to the main church, stands Ampelos. With panoramic views of the volcanic caldera as well as the backside, it´s possibly the best location on the island.
Ampelos offers only the freshest meats and produce available. We use extra virgin olive oil and local cheeses. We make our own stocks and desserts. The menu is an innovative fusion of mediterranean and Californian cuisines. A full bar and an extensive wine cellar will compliment any meal and/or sunset.
