THE COMPANY

The Wave Restaurant, located in the Akrotiri Sitting by the sea, is features and functions since 1977.

The tavern known for its fresh fish, the sun-dried octopus on the grill, the local’s traditional appetizers such as tomato, fava (our production) and home Giouvetsi in wooden.
Serve pure local wine barrel. All meals are cooked with olive oil production us from Crete. The Wave famous for its fish soup (kakavia).
Daily ferries departing front of our restaurant for white and red beach.
 
Here you will find good prices and good quality food. The smile and humour of George (trouble) of the owner must be memorable.
The purer delicious flavours served near the surf by George and his family Sofia, Peace, Rafaela and Nicolas.
