Η ΕΠΙΧΕΙΡΗΣΗ
“Aloni Cave House” is an old farmhouse recently renovated with eco-friendly materials while preserving the original structure and shape of the building. Half of the house being carved in the rock of a small hill while the other half was built of Melian stones, it occupies an area of 100 m2 in a land of 4000 m2.
It consiste of 3 main rooms with 3 independent entrance doors. The MAIN BEDROOM (18m2) has a queen bed built of stone and a private bathroom. The SALA (21m2) consists of a big room with a double futon bed and a single, stone-built bed and a smaller area which is arranged as fully functional, equipped KITCHENETTE. There is no private bathroom in Sala, but the outdoors WC is directly accessible and very close. Sala communicates with the master bedroom through a smaller room, the NEST (6m2), with a single bed. KATOGAS, serves as a sitting area (20m2) or a bedroom with a bell shaped twin bed, a single, stone-built bed and a private bathroom.
The SEA-GARDEN, planted with colorful shrubs and native cedar trees, is furnished with an original sitting area designed in the shape of a traditional threshing floor (Grk. Aloni). It is an ideal place to marvel at beautiful sunsets and the sea (100m). At a convenient place close to the house we have formed a shaded patio -dining area- with a big table for 8 persons and a CampinGaz BBQ.

The area of Phylakopi is a fertile small valley at the northern part of Milos where various prehistoric cities repeatedly flourished between 3000 and 1000 BC. They became famous commercial centers of the then precious obsidian which was traded to the islands of the Aegean, Crete, Continental Greece and Asia Minor.
