The e-Chamber (echamber.e-kyklades.gr) is a modern internet service set up by the Cyclades Chamber of Commerce; it offers new and more efficient ways of communication with its member-businesses.

Through the e-Chamber platform, authorised users can carry out a number of necessary transactions with the Cyclades Chamber of Commerce on-line, in a very short time and in comfort from their office.

Member-businesses can connect to the platform using the GEMI codes of their business and:

• pay their subscription to the Cyclades Chamber of Commerce using a credit, debit or pre-paid card, or by issuing an electronic payment ID for an e-Banking transaction.
• issue Registration Certificates
• issue Certificates in Foreign Languages
• issue Certificates of Good Standing
• issue Certificates of Origin
• check the accuracy of their business's data kept in the Chamber's Register
• amend any critical data (company telephone number and email address, accountant's email address)

The electronic registration certificates issued by the e-Chamber have a unique authentication number. This application allows the public to Check the Authenticity of Certificates, a practice followed as a rule by public entities for sensitive electronic documents.

The Cyclades Chamber of Commerce has taken all necessary measures to safeguard the privacy of membership data, in accordance with the relevant provisions of Greek law on Personal Data Protection.

The various types of certificate are available on-line and the e-Chamber intends to increase and update the services offered on an ongoing basis.
