Our Chef Mr. Aggelopoulos Kostadinos, along with fully trained team, has generated a menu that he personally characterizes as “Santorinian Creative Cuisine” which is based on classic Greek dishes embellished with the most beloved and rare Mediterranean elements in a modern cooked and served way.
All dishes as well as their ingredients are chosen, supervised as well as designed by our Chef. The exquisite menu combines in a unique way the traditional Santorinian dishes with a great variety of Mediterranean tastes and products.
Sea-bream fish baked on paper and stuffed with tomato meatballs, smoked fava beans with beetroot jam and marinated gavros fish or even the different dakos with colorful cherry tomatoes, capers, apples, figs, white cheese ice cream with olive oil powder is a small sample of the delicious choices that are ready for you to taste.
In addition to the menu and taking into consideration our client’s dietary matters, we are also capable to create a special menu according your needs (i.e. vegetarians, vegans, and people with allergy on certain ingredients).
