Fresh handmade pasta, genuine Italian pizza made of Italian pizzaiolo, a wide variety of salads with imagination, a finely, well looked after Wine List, with wines throughout all regions of Greece and Italy, spirits, sparkling drinks, amaro, and of course, traditional Italian sweets.
Certainly, you won’t be able to avoid the temptation of visiting and tasting the exceptional cuisine, the fine wines or beers, everything in accordance to a unique area.
We recommend you should try:
- Strozzapreti (fresh handmade pasta) with fiorentina sauce, accompanied with Valpolicella or Rose Kritsini.
- Ρisotto al nero di seppie (with fresh cuttlefish), accompanied with Rose Hatzi or Armira Skoura.
- Filetto al pepe verde (veal tenderloin with green pepper) with roasted vegetables, accompanied with Chianti or Kokkinomylos Tselepou.
- Pizza rugantina (prosouto, mushroom portsini, parmesan rinds), accompanied with Bardolino or Santorini, Argyros Barrel.
The first tasting of wines and spirits took place here, at December of 2006, with the participation of the distiller Anestis Babatzimopoulos, launching a new era for the wine intricacies of the island.
