Cancel/Change reservation

In case you want to cancel a reservation, you want to change it, or you want to inform us about something regarding it you can submit a request below. Type the reservation code, the e-mail address you used in reservation and, optionally, a comment. You cannot cancel a reservation if the pick-up date is sooner than 5 days.

Pick up location concerns the transport of customers from the locations to the office by our company car.

For your best service, please make the reservation under the same name as the hotel-house-airbnb reservation, thank you.

ATTENTION!

The customer is obliged to inform the office about any changes to the reservation at least 1 day before. In the event that the customer does not pick up his vehicle in the next 4 hours after the stated reservation time, the reservation will be automatically deleted.
