Since 1983 and offers a fine selection of traditional local products of Santorini. Food such as Santorini fava, tomato and white eggplants, Vine, small tomatoes, homemade cheese chloro and a variety of meat dishes and vegetables, hunting. The tavern "ROZA" considered today as "a culinary journey in the local cuisine" and is one of the best Taverns such. Our cuisine is based solely on our traditional Greek cuisine and dishes are more hip to the local Santorinian cuisine. The raw materials we use to produce in bulk as vegetables meat and our hunt.
