Konstantinos and Marousso Roussos’ traditional house in Naousa Paros, Greece, has been turned into a small but interesting museum where traditional clothing is exhibited. You will have the chance to admire one of the most beautiful aspects of both the Greek and Parian civilization, it is situated 150m from the town square, right after Pantanassa churh.In a traditional environment, men’s and woman’s wear all over Greece and of course Paros, are presented. In addition objects of everyday use, as well as old photographs will introduce you to old age Paros. On entering the museum, there is an informative leaflet and other interesting things concerning Paros.
The folklore Museum Collection belongs to the Music and Dance Group “Naousa Paros”, which performs traditional dances at the big church of Panagia, in Naousa throughout summer.
The folklore collection is open from May till September. You will find more information bureaus and on the notice boards at the Naousa square.
